John and Kathy Pool’s dedication to loving God, each other, and people has been at the forefront of their ministry since 1987. Pastor John is a dynamic leader who is dedicated to faithfully preach God’s word. God’s vision for New Life Kingman is to see The One reached, The Lost restored and The Redeemed released into destiny. There is no one more qualified to execute this vision than Pastor John and Kathy Pool.

Alex and Cindy Wilson
Associate Pastor
Alex has been ministering full-time for over thirty years. Along with pastoring churches in the U.S., he served as a missionary to Africa in Kenya and Malawi. At New Life, Alex enjoys serving through preaching, teaching, and ministering both on a group and individual level. Cindy is one of the smiling faces who greets you at the door when you come to church!

Rosemary Adams
Family Pastor
Rosemary achieved a lifelong dream in 2018 when she earned her B.A. in Christian Studies, Gradating summa cum laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Biblical understanding and Biblical theology are passions that she desires to share with all those around her. As Family Pastor, she preaches and teaches the general congregation, as well as providing counseling for families. She is the Founder of New Life women, manages church finances and overseas the Community Assistance Center. She and her husband Jeff have been married since 1982. Together they have one daughter, Meaghan.

Alex and Amy Chadsey
Student Pastors
Alex and Amy are people on a mission; to see a generation transformed by the love of God. They have focused their ministry on helping students find their identity based on who our heavenly Father says they are. Instructing students in faith, identity, and purity is the foundation of the youth ministry they are building. They have a heart to bring examples of purity and love to a generation desperate to be seen and known by our God.

Andrew and Shea Pool
Associate Pastors
Andrew and Shea are our Associate Pastors here at New Life Kingman. Andrew is a charismatic leader with a passion for people stepping into what God has for their lives. Shea is a stay at home mom who is driven by helping people of all ages attain healthy lives in relationship with others and God the Father. Both of these great leaders are motivated by the desire to see a generation transformed and a city changed by the love of God. They are in constant pursuit of the Holy spirit and declaring his presence here on earth.

Jason and Courtney Pool
Worship Pastors
Jason and Courtney are our worship leaders here at New Life. They carry a deep hunger and desire to see everyone who walks through the doors of our church impacted and changed by the presence of God. Church and worship aside, Jason and Courtney love spending time together whether watching movies or playing board games.

Jason Millin
Jacob’s Ladder and Love on Kingman Coordinator
Jason Millin serves as the Jacob’s Ladder and Love on Kingman Coordinator at New Life Church. With a heart for restoration, discipleship, and practical ministry, Jason is passionate about helping people encounter the love of God in the middle of real-life struggles.
As the coordinator of Jacob’s Ladder, Jason helps create a Christ-centered place of healing, accountability, and hope for those walking through recovery, anger management, life challenges, and personal restoration. Through Love on Kingman, he works to connect people in the community with compassion, resources, encouragement, and the support they need to take their next step forward.
Jason brings a unique background of military service, workforce development, veteran advocacy, and ministry leadership. His heart is to see the lost restored, the broken reminded of their worth, and every person released into the purpose God has placed on their life. Whether serving the church, the community, veterans, youth, or families in need, Jason believes ministry is about meeting people where they are and walking with them toward Jesus.
